Our Anti static fabric can meet below grades:
National standard: In China, anti-static fabrics are usually classified according to GB/T 23316-2009 "Requirements for Anti static Performance of Work Clothes". This standard specifies the technical requirements, testing methods, and inspection rules for anti-static workwear.
Grade A: The point-to-point resistance range of the fabric is within
1.0×10
six
Ω
arrive
1.0×10
nine
Ω
Suitable for places with high requirements for electrostatic protection, such as electronic chip manufacturing workshops, petrochemical industries, and other flammable and explosive environments. In these places, even small static discharges can cause serious safety accidents. A-level anti-static fabrics can effectively and quickly remove static electricity from the human body, preventing the accumulation of static electricity and generating sparks.
B-level: The point-to-point resistance value range of the fabric is within
1.0×10
nine
Ω
arrive
1.0×10
eleven
Ω
Between them, it is generally used in places with certain protection requirements against static electricity but relatively low levels of danger, such as ordinary electronic equipment production workshops, laboratories, etc. Although these places are not as sensitive to static electricity as A-level places, they still need to control static electricity to avoid interference or damage to electronic devices.
Other common standards: In addition to national standards, some industry standards or international standards are also widely used. For example, the ASTM D7578 standard in the United States classifies anti-static fabrics into different categories, such as Type I, Type II, etc., based on indicators such as fabric resistance and charge decay performance. The EN 1149 standard in Europe focuses on the performance requirements of electrostatic protective clothing, including the static dissipation characteristics of fabrics, design and production requirements of clothing, etc.
Acid resistant fabric grade
National standard: Acid resistant fabrics are mainly classified according to GB 24540-2009 "Protective Clothing for Acid and Alkali Chemicals". This standard specifies the classification, technical requirements, testing methods, inspection rules, and labeling of protective clothing for acidic and alkaline chemicals.
Level 1: Suitable for mild acid splashing environments, the fabric has a penetration time of no less than 30 minutes for acid and an acid pressure resistance of no less than 17.2 kPa. This grade of acid resistant fabric is generally used in workplaces that come into contact with low concentrations of acid or occasionally have acid splashes, such as some chemical laboratories, electroplating workshops, etc., which can provide basic acid protection for workers.
Level 2: Suitable for moderate acid splashing environments, the fabric has a penetration time of no less than 60 minutes for acid and an acid pressure resistance of no less than 34.5kPa. In some chemical production workshops, acid is frequently used and has a high concentration. Grade 2 acid resistant fabrics can better resist the erosion of acid and protect the safety of workers.
Level 3: Suitable for severe acid splashing environments, the fabric has a penetration time of no less than 120 minutes for acid and an acid pressure resistance of no less than 69.0 kPa. Places engaged in the production, storage, and transportation of strong acids, such as sulfuric acid plants and hydrochloric acid storage warehouses, require the use of protective clothing made of grade 3 acid resistant fabrics to ensure that workers' bodies are not harmed by acid in extreme situations.
Different industries and enterprises may choose appropriate levels of anti-static and acid resistant fabrics based on their actual needs and risk assessments. At the same time, the grade of fabric can also affect factors such as the price and service life of protective clothing, and multiple factors need to be considered comprehensively when choosing.
